This video is for @goblintributemaker2539 , happy birthday 🎉 and I have chosen one of her favorite villains and it is Master Cyclonis, a not so well-known series but with a great plot and characters and among them Cyclonis,a tyrannical intelligent and malevolent woman who seeks to extend her kingdom although she may have a repressed soft side, potentially related to his relationship with his deceased parents. Also with an incredible design and an abysmal charisma.
