Abstract:
In this talk, we will share our journey of developing and managing Monday.com's open-source design system, Vibe.
We will explain why we decided to make Vibe an open-source components library, the techniques and tools we used to create it,
and how we tackled issues like migrating existing code and splitting ownership between teams.
Lastly, we will summarize our key insights on creating and maintaining a design system components library in a quickly expanding company.
