Due Diligence: A Way to a Sustainable Traceability System
In 2024, pilot projects will be launched to apply the EU's Due Diligence on Deforestation (DDD) standards in 17 agricultural cooperatives in Amazonas, Cajamarca, Cusco, Junín and San Martín, Peru.
More than 160 producers, technicians and managers have already attended workshops to prepare for this initiative. By implementing robust recording and traceability systems, we will move from planning to effective action against deforestation.
