This video has EXACT knotting instructions for macrame coaster - I don't speed up the video or shorten it, I give the exact number of knots to be tied before adding the next extra cord. So in the end you can be sure that you will get a perfect circle, no curvature, no "bowls" that are obtained if the increase is not done correctly. BUT! Please note - these instructions only apply if you are using the same thickness as me - 3mm (the type of cord is not important).

Materials I used:
3mm ORANGE 3-ply twisted cotton cord - 19m
3mm BROWN 3-ply twisted cotton cord - 1.3m
macrame board or pillow
pins
brush
scissors
You must to cut your cord:
ORANGE:
6 pieces x 1m long
4 pieces x 0.8m long
3 pieces x 0.6m long
5 pieces x 0.5m long
BROWN cord:
1 piece x 1m long
1 piece x 0.3m long
Please note: I don't like work with very short cords, so I prefer to cut pieces a little longer than required - this also prevents me from running out of cord too soon. You can cut the cords a little shorter - +/- 10cm
