Computing dihedral torsion angles from PDB files using DSSP
In this video, we briefly describe the concept of protein dihedral angles and how the dihedral angles vary for different secondary structural elements. Then we show how to estimate these angles from the atomic coordinates of protein PDB file using DSSP program.
