Illinois cops pull over man at a checkpoint. They soon realize the man driving will not fold rights to unlawful demands while being detained. Id refused when asked turns into a legal negotiation on side of the road during police traffic stop. This man knows his rights. Police cars block lane on highway in attempt to make citizens surrender their constitutional rights under color of law.
