The following video was recorded at the Pine River Provincial Fishing Area in Horning's Mills, Ontario; during the month of September 2023. The natural brown noise is produced by a nearby Salmon Ladder. The video is 2 hours long to help promote deep relaxation and sleep and is great for mindful Meditation. The video also contains Spatialize stereo Audio that is compatible with Apple's Spatial Audio and helps to envelope the listener into the moment.

A friendly beaver makes his way into the video at 1 hour, 2 minutes and 30 seconds. As the sun begins to set, the wildlife can be heard creating a truly soothing ambience that is great for Relaxation, sleep and study.

The salmon ladder creates a natural Deep Smoothed Brown Noise that promotes relaxation and helps to drown out distractions to encourage focus and slow racing thoughts associated with anxiety.

Brown noise, like other colors of noise such as white noise and pink noise, is not created by a single individual. Instead, it is a type of noise that occurs naturally and can be generated or simulated using various mathematical and electronic methods. Brown noise is sometimes referred to as "Brownian noise" or "red noise," and it is characterized by having a power spectral density that decreases by 6 dB per octave as the frequency increases. This noise type is often used in various applications, including sound masking and relaxation. The term "Brownian" comes from the name of Robert Brown, a Scottish botanist who is famous for his observations of random motion of particles suspended in a fluid, known as Brownian motion. While Brown's work is related to random motion, it is not directly responsible for the creation of brown noise. Brown noise is a concept that emerged from the field of signal processing and is based on mathematical principles rather than a specific individual's creation.

Nature sounds, such as the sound of flowing water, birdsong, rustling leaves, and ocean waves, have been found to offer several benefits for both mental and physical well-being. Here are some of the key advantages of listening to nature sounds:

1: Stress Reduction: Nature sounds have a calming effect on the mind and body. They can help reduce stress, anxiety, and tension by promoting relaxation and lowering cortisol levels, the stress hormone.

2: Improved Sleep: Many people find that listening to nature sounds before bedtime can help improve the quality of their sleep. These sounds create a soothing and tranquil environment that can aid in falling asleep faster and experiencing deeper, more restful sleep.

3: Enhanced Concentration and Focus: Nature sounds can improve concentration and focus by masking background noises and distractions. This can be especially helpful when trying to work or study in a noisy environment.

4: Mood Elevation: The sounds of nature can elevate one's mood and promote a sense of happiness and well-being. This effect is often attributed to the positive associations people have with natural environments.

5: Stress Recovery: Exposure to nature sounds can facilitate stress recovery. It has been shown that even brief exposure to natural sounds can help people recover from mental fatigue and stress more effectively.

6: Increased Creativity: Some individuals find that listening to nature sounds can enhance their creativity and problem-solving abilities. The calming effect of these sounds can stimulate creative thinking.

7: Mindfulness and Meditation: Nature sounds are commonly used in mindfulness and meditation practices. They provide a focal point for meditation and help individuals achieve a state of mindfulness and inner calm.

8: Reduced Anxiety: Nature sounds can alleviate symptoms of anxiety, such as restlessness and racing thoughts. They create a sense of tranquility that can be particularly beneficial during anxious moments.

9: Connection to Nature: For those who live in urban environments or have limited access to nature, listening to nature sounds can help establish a connection to the natural world and provide a sense of being in a natural environment.

10: Pain Management: Nature sounds may aid in pain management by diverting attention away from discomfort and promoting relaxation, which can help reduce the perception of pain.
