Driving to Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine to deliver humanitarian aid before the city was later devastated by the war.
Travelling through Sumy, Kharkiv, Izyum, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk and Kostyantynivka, this journey brought us close to some of the most heavily contested areas in Ukraine.
At the time the frontline was still some distance away, but artillery could already be heard in the distance and the tension across the region was constant.
