Ochaco pukes rainbows
Ochaco overuses her power so she v*s. Her cheeks puff up and then the actual v* is off camera, but it's shown as sparkly rainbows. Mild audio, just like a blehhh and sparkling noises. This tends to happen whenever she uses her power too much, so it does happen a handful of times throughout the series
Because of this aspect of her quirk, she does look nauseous from time to time and her cheeks do puff up.
