Actress Joan Severance appeared on Late Night with Dave on November 30, 1989 to promote her appearance in Playboy magazine and the movie "Bird on a Wire." Note: this may be the only episode in which Late Night actually featured uncensored nudity, as Dave inadvertently lets an overly revealing photo from Playboy magazine get caught on camera when he looks at the centerfold.
