A principios de este tiempo extraño de cuarentena me di cuenta de que lo más difícil no era estar adentro, sino el no poder estar con otros. Esta canción sirve como un recuento de ese sentimiento y. a la vez como un recordatorio de que en algún momento volveremos a ser...volveremos a abrazarnos.

About a month into the quarantine I felt the need to write a song about it. What bothered me the most about all this was the fact that I could not hug the people I love. So I wrote about that. I also wrote about the hope of this ending “soon”. Whether it ends soon or not, “No podíamos salir” is a musical memento of a crazy time we had to live, but with a cry of hope in the end, because we simply cannot afford to lose hope. This one was fun to record.
