In this video tutorial, we show you how you can use the Icon Platform M+ to control Adobe's Lightroom Classic thanks to MIDI2LR and User Defined Mode on the Platform M+.
The Platform M+ is designed to put everything just where you would need it, with a large amount of control in a small amount of space, perfect for smaller studio setups or times when space is at a premium. The Platform M+ can also be used to control other creative programs like Adobe's Lightroom Classic thanks to the User Defined mode on the M+ and the third-party application MIDI2LR, which is exactly what we're doing in this tutorial.
Lightroom is a photography application that features tools for organising photos, as well as non-destructive editing. One of the attractions of Lightroom is the slider-based interface and that is something that perfectly suits a controller like the Platform M+. So it’s nice to know that with other third party apps, your DAW Controller can be used for other tasks, should you need to.
