Click on Releases, download the latest repack, it should say in one of the top 2 topics.
Download it, after it's done just open the User Control Panel, Start up MySQL. Then leave it.
Start up Logonserver and World, make sure you created your account first.
After that just watch Part 2, it really is simple.
