Court proceedings as part of the operation "Retribution" in the case of Anton Rukavishnikov, a notorious traffic cop from Slobodskoy.
The incident took place on April 7, 2023, in Slobodskoy, Kirov Oblast.
More than a year has passed. The case is not only unfinished, but is only gaining momentum. I've never seen so many absurd decisions impeding the progress of the case. And the more obstacles General Konstantin Selyanin's subordinates create for me, the more intriguing this case becomes for me, the angrier and more stubborn I become.
I will work on this case as long as it takes.
If Rukavishnikov isn't jailed or at least fired "without a pension," I believe his immediate and higher-up managers will be forced to constantly "report" (read: "work"). In other words, they will constantly be feeding the prosecutors with work.
