Borderlands 2 - Tattler - Does it Suck?
The Tattler is a Seraph rarity SMG from the first campaign DLC for Borderlands 2, Captain Scarlet and her Pirate's Booty. I consider this weapon to be the second best SMG in the game, at least after the boost to Seraph DLC 1 weapons occurred.
It fires three pellets with relatively low accuracy. It always comes with the b laded accessory. It has a relatively short effective range, but is very powerful when up close. Overall, it's a great weapon and it definitely does not suck.
