Trasnfer of motor Vehicle ePay Punjab
Procedure for the payment of Transfer of Motor Vehicle
1. From the sidebar menu, select “Excise and Taxation Department”.
2. Select “Transfer of Motor Vehicle” from the dropdown.
3. Type vehicle number as per registration book and click the search button, the system will fetch the relevant details and display on the screen.
4. Click the "Proceed" button, another window will appear.
5. Select the "Preferred District for Transaction" and, if applicable, also select the "Site Office”.
6. Select Individual/Organization and enter Buyer’s CNIC number/NTN number.
If CNIC/NTN number is already registered in the Excise department then the following details will automatically appear
Buyer’s/Organization Name
Buyer’s Father/City Name of the Organization
If CNIC number is not already registered in the Excise department fill the required fields manually
Buyer’s Name
Buyer’s Father Name
Buyer’s Mobile Number
District
Buyer’s City
Buyer’s Address
7. In case of “HPA” (Hire purchase Agreement) enter the following information
• Name of Sponsoring Agency (Company /Organization through which vehicle is leased)
• NTN of Sponsoring Agency
8. Click “Calculate Transfer fee” button,
9. Click on “Generate Challan”.
10. The generated PSID number can be used to pay the dues on the Alternate Delivery Channels and Over the Counters of all Banks operating in Punjab and Pakistan.
