Mark Patonyi, from Tata, Hungary, has opened his own restaurant in one of Edinburgh’s most
desirable dining destinations.
Pier Brasserie boasts views of the famous Forth Bridges as well as the iconic Newhaven Lighthouse
and will utilise fresh, local produce sourced from the local community.
