Während der Lese 2024 durften wir beim Weingut Dohlmühle hinter die Kulissen blicken. Philipp führt uns durch die neue Anlage und erklärt die Nutzung der verschiedenen EUROPRESSen mit einem Fassungsvermögen von je 10.000l und weitere Details, die den Ablauf während der Lese optimieren. During the 2024 harvest, we had the chance of getting a behind-the-scenes look at the Dohlmühle Winery. Philipp guided us through the new facility, explaining the purpose of the various EUROPRESS machines, each with a capacity of 10,000 liters, as well as other details that optimize the workflow during the harvest.
