On Drone Troubleshooting today, our CEO was on hand to show us how to resolve drone disconnection issues while a drone is in flight.

Drone disconnection during flight: In the HD option, increase the frequency to enable long distance flight. Drone disconnections happen when the frequency range is low.
Always check the drone status before each flight to get a notification list of activated or deactivated options.
Check camera settings for manual or automatic focus mode, you can toggle the lock icon if you need to adjust the focus.
Check camera settings and drone status to see if your drone is in a No-Fly Zone.
To unlock your drone in a No-Fly Zone, use the app to ensure your drone license has been unlocked/activated while setting up your drone in preparation for flight.
