In this video, I present 10 strategies for communicating effectively with your children.
I personally apply them (like everyone, I don't always succeed). If you apply them, you'll sometimes see truly interesting results for the benefit of our children.
You don't have to apply all 10. Use the ones you think are best for you.

Spoiler 2: Grounding is okay, but it must be done with meaningful meaning, otherwise, in some cases, it can be unproductive.
