Hello Friends,
Microsoft has stopped the internet explorer support services, that's why Java is not working with internet explorer, kindly use the windows Edge browser it also support the java latest version,
Kindly do below steps for java support.....

1. install the latest java
2. open the Edge Browser
3. open the Icegate DSC sing page where is showing (Please wait for PKI component to get initialized)
4. then go to the right side and click on three dots.
5. after that click on Reload in the internet explorer.
6 then java will be initialized..............
