DEFINITION OF TERMS:
MODEM
is a hardware devices that converts data into a format suitable medium so that it can be transmitted from one computer to another.
NETWORK LOCKED
means that the device is locked to one carrier is called a SIM lock or a Network lock. It is a built-in technical restriction or limitation that is imposed on the device/modem at activation.
PLMN
is a combination of wireless communication services offered by a specific operator in a specific country.
MCC and MNC - These codes are used to identify the country and Network codes on mobile telecommunications for GSM, LTE, CDMA or UMTS Communications.
