VB.NET Extendable App Tutorial (basic Browser Extensions)
This tutorial shows how to make an app that can load extensions.
You can use this concept to create a web browser with extensions or other apps.
If you load your extensions from a Web Store, zip the extension folder and then when your app visits the web store, download the zip file and unzip it in the "extensions" folder.
