Suzuka Gozen - Final Ascension

Gozen is a 4 star Saber introduced during the CCC event. Her kit is as follows;
Super Natural Power - Increases her Buster Card power and Star Generation for 1 turn.
Evil Eye - Has a chance to charm a target (Male only) and lowers their attack for 1 turn.
Blessing of Wit and Intelligence - Gozen gains a portion of her NP gauge for 5 turns. She also increases the power of her NP and insures she hits a target for 3 turns.
Her NP "Tenkiame" is a Buster Type AoE attack that also raises her critical damage for 3 turns, effected by overcharge.
Should you use her? Gozen is an interesting Saber in her ability to gain resources for her NP. Her kit is pretty geared toward producing allot of stars during her NP then using them for massive damage.
