Worcester Carnival 2017
Worcester Carnival has had a troubled recent history but hopefully this year's is something to build on. Well done to all those involved with Worcester Carnival 2017 and those who made it possible. My camcorder battery died so I recorded this on my phone and edited it on youtube. I didn't mean to leave the title on the vid as long as I did but it wasn't worth editing it again.
