So, the first official week of training starts! My Runna plan calls it week 2, but I classed week 1 as a holiday!
I’ll upload summarising each week. This week, after terrible sleep and a busy work schedule (also a visit to the o2 to watch a band one evening!), I only ran on Sunday.
Next week I need to ramp it up, even in the head up to Christmas!
