Modern education is a market transaction where teachers are hired by institution which receive fees from student to give them degrees. The Islamic model of Murabbi, Murshid, Guide, and Life-Coach is completely absent in this model. How can we, as teachers, learn to teach in a way that changes the lives of our students?
