Lost in the scenery of the war, which has enveloped his native country (Croatia 1995) as an absurdity, Robert Baća thematically roots his own disorientation in the absurdity of warfare.

Robert Baća (born 19 September 1949 in Zagreb), is a sculptor and painter. Graduated from the Academy of fine arts in Zagreb in 1974. He was an assistant at the Antun Augustinčić masterworks. He worked in sculpture and abstract ceramics with associative nuances and accented dimensions. (Wood, 1971; Forest 1975). He also works with coloured porcelain objects. He has exhibited his works in Zagreb, Samobor, Sesvete, Sisak, Zürich and Liechtenstein.
