2024 Honda Civic Type R POV night drive, city drive, highway drive, launch control, acceleration, exhaust sound, review.
For a very long time, the Honda Civic Type R was a forbidden fruit for Americans, with the previous, FK8 generation being the first CTR offered in the land of free. The current, FL5 debuted in 2022 and truth be told, at first, nothing stands off as an improvement. It’s not a revolutionary product, as you get a little bit more power, revised suspension tuning, improved aerodynamics, and better cooling, but the car is a sum of subtle changes.
There are no changes to the 2025 model. Other compact performance cars to consider are Acura Integra Type S, Hyundai Elantra N, Subaru WRX, Toyota Corolla GR, Volkswagen Golf R.
