The 5 Year Rule is a way to make decisions - by asking yourself: If I succeed with this, what will my life look like in 5 years.
I considered selling high-ticket programs, at $5,000 for example, but such a high price requires you to get on the phone with clients.
So, I asked myself: If I succeed in selling high-ticket, what will my life look like in 5 years?
A team of “closers” who close the deals for me? Employees? Do I want that?
Not really. So that’s a no to high-ticket.
Try to do it yourself - do you want to run a community, host an online summit, speak on stages, sell through webinars?
What if you succeed? Is the resulting work-life desirable?
Remember, The same business model can be a financial win, but a lifestyle mistake.
