Job Description: SEO Expert (Google Search Console, Technical SEO, On-Page, and Off-Page)We are seeking an experienced SEO Expert to join our team and take ownership of optimizing our website's organic search performance.
As an SEO Expert, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of search engine optimization, including Google Search Console, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page strategies.
Your expertise will play a critical role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and maximizing our online visibility.Responsibilities:Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and opportunities for optimization.Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Search Console and other SEO tools to identify technical issues, crawl errors, indexing problems, and opportunities for improvement.Implement technical SEO strategies to enhance website architecture, URL structure, site speed, mobile optimization, and user experience.Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical issues, implement schema markup, optimize robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and ensure proper canonicalization.Perform on-page optimization by optimizing meta tags, headings, URLs, and content structure to improve keyword relevance and click-through rates.Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building, outreach campaigns, guest blogging, social media engagement, and content promotion to increase domain authority and generate high-quality backlinks.Monitor and analyze competitor SEO strategies, industry trends, and search engine algorithm updates to stay up-to-date with best practices and recommend adjustments to the SEO strategy.Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and backlink profile, and derive actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with content creators to optimize existing content and provide SEO guidelines for creating new content that aligns with target keywords and user intent.Stay informed about the latest SEO tools, trends, and industry developments, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance our SEO efforts.Requirements:Proven work experience as an SEO Expert, preferably in an agency or in-house SEO role.Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.Proficiency in using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.Strong knowledge of technical SEO, including website architecture, crawl optimization, indexation, and mobile optimization.Experience with on-page optimization techniques, keyword research, and content optimization.Familiarity with off-page SEO strategies, including link building, outreach, and social media engagement.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments.Certifications in SEO or related fields (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Moz) are a plus.If you have a passion for SEO, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to drive organic growth, we would love to hear from you.
