Find out why Family, Neighbors and even her Therapist are amazed by 7yr old Scarlett's transformation after only 6 months of having a snake as a pet- and why reptiles should be normalized as therapy animals for people with Neurodiversity (and beyond).
Following up with Scarlett's parents since our first interview, it's clear that she has not only benefited from directly interacting with her snake, but she's applying what she's learning about herself in the process to improve her relationships and other aspects of her life. Coco the Ball Python is helping her to develop her identity, and to feel less alone in being different.

Snake Therapy is dedicated to education about snakes and their ability to have profound impacts on our mental and emotional well-being. Combining passion for snakes with discussions about the human condition and animal welfare, our mission is to remove the fear and stigmas associated with snakes and replace them with empathy and wonder, as well as to increase knowledge about animal husbandry for those who keep them as pets.
