Parents Realize Son Just Murdered A Cop
In the early morning of February 22nd, 2011, St. Petersburg, Florida, was flooded with news coverage of a shocking crime that took place overnight… and a plea for people to come forward with answers.
Officer David Crawford was known for being a compassionate family man. When he wasn’t spending time with his daughter and serving his community, he was donating his limited time to CASA - a domestic violence organization, in an effort to help the vulnerable people of his community.
It was his dedication to help vulnerable people that led to his death on February 21st. At about 10:30pm, a man called dispatch to report that there was a stranger walking through his backyard holding a brick.
