To cut window flashing to size, you will need a utility knife or tin snips. First, measure the area where the flashing will be installed to determine the desired size. Then, use the utility knife or tin snips to carefully cut the flashing to the correct size, making sure to smooth out any rough edges. If you're using a utility knife, be sure to use a straightedge to guide your cuts for a straighter edge.
