There are many recipes for canning tomatoes, and now we'll look at the most popular ones. The recipe below is so simple that even a novice home cook can follow it and prepare excellent tomatoes with aspirin for the winter. And the beautiful jars can be stored right in your apartment. For one 3-liter jar, you'll need:
Rinse and dry a few currant leaves and some parsley and dill; cut one bell pepper, peel one onion, and peel four cloves of garlic; Take a clean jar. For this recipe, you don't need to sterilize it. First, line the bottom with a horseradish leaf cut into three or four pieces, then add the herbs, an onion cut into quarters, and the bell pepper. Add the garlic cloves, a couple of tablespoons of sugar and the same amount of salt, four black peppercorns, and 80 grams of 9% vinegar. Then, add selected firm, plump tomatoes (about 1.3 kg) that fit through the jar's neck, and an umbrella of dill. Carefully pour boiling water into the jar, add one and a half aspirin tablets, and immediately seal. Turn the sealed jar upside down and let it cool, wrapped tightly in a blanket.
