Cinema 4D Personal Demoreel (May 2017)
Finally finished my first demoreel just in time for a job fair! :)
Since I do 3D-works only as a hobby I'm so happy to present my best works until now in this video.
Everything made from scratch in Cinema 4D R18, no external plug-ins used.
Some explanatory notes:
The hydraulic hoses are based on splines controlled by a python-script.
The V-belt of the mechanical counter is generated by a python script. You only need to position the pulleys.
The piston-movement of the robotic arm is controlled by a Python-effector. Every piston is a MoGraph-clone and get's moved individually by the effector.
In general, the most movements are generated by XPresso-Tags. The robotic arm addionally uses a bit of IK, too.
