Sidechaining is a very important method used in modern music production, but it's importance only seems to have grown in recent times. As a result of this there are now dozens of paid for VSTs on the market, such as Xfer LFO Tool, Nicky Romero Kickstart and my personal favourite, Cableguys VolumeShaper.
But can you get the same results from Freeware compared to the paid offerings? This video seeks to find the Best FREE Sidechain VST plugin for Sidechaining in your productions.
To do this I reviewed 4 of the free Sidechain VST options that can be found and installed easily and tested them on the Bass from my Hard Trance Template.
