The Problem with Ruby on Rails in 2022

Ruby on Rails appears to be having a Junior dev issue. Remote job boards only show senior developer roles. Is this something that we should be concerned about, and what does it mean for the future of Ruby on Rails?
As someone who has been heavily involved in using Ruby on Rails in my own projects, it is a little bit disappointing to see the lack of opportunities for new web developers in this space. However, this could just be a remote job issue and the local job markets are more forgiving. Let me know your thoughts in the comments section.
