Flasking seed from a Phalaenopsis seed capsule
In this video, I show how I did my first successful flasking of Phalaenopsis seed. I demonstrate disinfestation of the seed capsule, opening the capsule using aseptic technique, removal of the seed, and plating of the seed on two different orchid seed germination media.
