Agile promotes collaboration, shorter release cycles, contact with customers and learning.
Agile is a great to handle and develop projects where outcome is unknown, developing products, and engagement from customers will be key. Agile also helps solving problems early during the execution of the project.
I am the Product Director of a tech company and we use Agile within our Product Team in our daily work, to, as the Heart of Agile says, Collaborate, Deliver, Reflect and Improve.
