"Beetlejuice," the sequel to Tim Burton's celebrated gothic comedy, is hitting theaters worldwide. The cast includes the original cast—Michael Keaton, Winona Ryder, and Catherine O'Hara—as well as new faces: Jenna Ortega, Monica Bellucci, and Willem Dafoe. Anton Dolin has already seen the film at the Venice Film Festival and declares it a wonderful work and a new stage in the career of Hollywood's most un-Hollywood director.

Tim Burton has been directing for nearly 40 years, and his filmography has included both successes and failures. But throughout all these years, he has remained true to his recognizable style. His films are about romantics, outsiders, and eccentrics, fairytale and otherworldly worlds, and the idea that death and life are part of a single whole. The new episode of "Radio Dolin" is dedicated to one of the most original and touching directors of our time.
