Unlike some other spray systems that use more oil than necessary, the AutoJet® Bread Pan Oiling System produces evenly distributed drop sizes, reducing waste by up to 80-90%. Less oil means nearby equipment stays cleaner and dripping oil does not build up on the exterior of pans - reducing heating costs; the potential for complaints when charcoal contaminates products, as well as OH&S risks.
