Hey, This is a simple tutorial of how to make a Sander or surface Grinder or polisher or tool sharpner etc.
Easy steps to bulid your own Machine Tool.
This is a kind of multipurpose tool can be used in various projects.
Material Used -
12 Volt DC High Torque motor (I am using 300 RPM) , Tyres fitting motor , Sandpaper ,
Coarse and fine sandpaper ( One for metal working and second for finishing and wood working , Hot Glue gun , Old container as stand , Cardboard , marker , Scissors , some electric wire and a switch.
You can use a 12v Battery or a Ac to Dc Adapter to power this.
This is easy to use , simple to make , small mini size , ultra portable machine which is multipurpose and can be used for Surface Grinding , Metal Polishing , tool sharpener , Sander machine with both Drum , Surface Polisher and for many other project work.
