It never ceases to amaze me why city commuters in the UK aren’t flocking to two wheels rather than pay extortionate public transport fees and then still have to deal with their terrible reliability and service. And having ridden the new Yamaha X-MAX 300 I am even more bamboozled.

This is the same as a single week’s peak time commute from Croydon to London Bridge (£11.30 a day), four (almost, it’s £17.50 a day) London Zone 1-6 anytime Travelcards, and these are just two examples, the list of commuter rip-offs goes on and on
