Something about when the owner partnered with P&G changed the line. Thousands of people that use this particular Rosemary line are having the same issues with hair loss but the company is saying that the formula didn’t change. SOMETHING MOST DEFINITELY CHANGED!
I have been using this line for years and I’ve never had problems with hair loss and breakage. I can’t remember the exact date I bought this last batch of products but I know it’s been within the past few months.
When I saw the breakage, I was confused because I haven’t been stressed out or anything like that. I then saw all of these people expressing their feelings about this company and I literally did a glance over to the products and thought… OMG!
Now again, they did come out and say that no ingredients were changed but come on now, why are we all having the same issues and we all use the same products? Instead of them just jumping to the defense and getting mad at all of us, they need to do a deeper dive on the issue.
