Banana COFFEE Colada | The Cafe Colada | Pina Colada Variation
This is the Cafe Colada, an excellent Pina Colada variation from the guys over at Attaboy bar in Nashville, TN. I think this is a great balance for a banan coffee colada. Nothing is overpowering, just perfect! And still refreshing! :)
Cafe Colada
3/4 oz (22.5ml) Coconut Cream
1/2 oz (15ml) Orange Juice
1/4 oz (7.5ml) Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz (15ml) Coffee Liqueur
1/2 oz (15ml) Banana Liqueur
1 1/2 oz (45ml) Dark Rum
Swizzle in your glass of choice and garnish with Pineapple fronds, nutmeg and a cherry!
