SKIN UPDATE: LIFE AFTER ROSACEA
Hi everyone, this one took me a hot minute! Finally my updated rosacea journey is up and I really hope, it helps you. I have so much compassion for any kind of skin issues - whether it´s acne, or rosacea or psoriasis or what have you. I completely understand, how physically and emotionally painful those conditions are and I really hope my video gives you some encouragement, to look in the mirror and to try and see beyond the surface. No product on this planet is a cure all and especially with rosacea, you have to give yourself the right treatment AND kindness and compassion.
My skincare routine has become a very simple and minimalistic one, the products haven´t changed in years but they serve my needs well and maybe they´ll be useful for you, too. My main goal, to be honest, is not to tell you what I use but to show you, that what this skin issue has taught me, is way more self love and appreciation than I thought I was capable of.
