Working With a Sound Designer (As a Director)
The art of Sound Design has been up for debate the past few years, as the Tony's once called it a "Purely Technical Field" - I VERY MUCH SO disagree with that and feel it's an important part of any show. So here are some things I think about when I'm discussing the sound design of any show I direct.
