Blackmagic Ultrastudio Mini Recoder - Not turn on the LED Light
The difference that the light never lit LED. Not asked to update.
I am about to return to the supplier, because apparently it's a hardware problem.
I've tested with two original Apple cables on two different computers (Mac Pro 2013 and MacBook Pro Late 2011).
I have another capturer of the same brand and model and works perfectly.

Shoot. If you have one that does not show the white LED light in the pinhole, this will mean that the Mac does not see the UltraStudio. Especially if you swap the unit with another one and the other one works fine.
In this case, you may want to see if you can return it to the reseller. Otherwise, I can get you set up with an RMA to get the UltraStudio back here but this would require you to send the UltraStudio to our California office and when we send product back, you could have to cover any import fees/duties.
