Betapa Hatiku with Lyrics and English Translation
My friend Cheh Lim and I translated this Indonesian praise song by Sherlie Petonengan back when we were students in the '80s at the University of Kansas after Eko Setiawan from Indonesia taught it to us.
Later, when I was a grad student at the University of Illinois in the 90s, someone from 2100 Productions (a division of InterVarsity Christian Fellowship) heard us singing this song with my English translation at Graduate InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and asked to put it into the Urbana '96 worship video.
This video is the result of that.
